dieting trick if your on a Intermittent fasting schedule is to break your fast with the boring stuff like carrots and protein shakes. carrots can be really filling for not much calories. Plus after 18-20 hrs of not eating, carrots sound amazing..and the "chocolate flavor" in the protein shake taste real good..
