^ That's a nice way of placing yourself in time that has never occurred to me.
Without much thinking, I came up with this though:- I was born after WWII rationing had stopped* but before The Beatles had formed.
* Drummed into me at mealtimes: if I was served an egg, I was told what the eggs per family per week ration used to be: Baby-Boomer Post-war Guilt 101
How about anyone else? Where do you instinctively place yourself in time?
