I stopped my daily pull up max sets once my arm started to hurt with sharp pain rather than sore muscles. But ive recently started picking up the weights again. i lifted until failure a few days ago and im still sore
,tonight im ripping the muscles further!
inspiration came from not wanting to waste two brand two tubs of protein. protein needs to be mixed with sore ripped muscles to work like a supplement and not just so atrophy doesnt happen.
