I just use my 20 pounder rather than the 25er
And fit the extra 600-100 calories of protein in with low carb veggies like carrots and broccoli. I have some broccoli saved from yesterday and a bag of carrots. apples and berries will be the main meal. even went to the store and left with no 'hot food" i need to buy some oats
Im tracking this new lifting routine in the excel sheet I had for my pulls. just going to start over and see how many days I stick with the routine..
