Tomorrow, it will be my three year sober anniversary, three years to the day since I had an alcoholic drink
Been hard but I'm proud of myself for not relapsing despite the things that have happened to me in that time, it's definitely helped to deal with challenges, has improved my mental health and made my emotions a lot more stable
