I don't think his lyrics necessarily need his delivery. I mean that line I posted I legitimately think is fun and clever all by itself.

"Cross the bombers" is obviously a throwaway line, but coming back to get your foster mommas is a clever little addition I wouldn't think most people would be capable of coming up with and it sounds unique and has all of Eminem's personality with all of his childish nihilism and spite. It's not poetic, but it's cool in the way that Slayer is cool but in a smirking way I wouldn't think Slayer capable of.
A lot of Em's best lines have a malicious smirk embedded into them and whenever I get that feeling I smile.
