I don’t really agree that food service is food service. Working in a nice clean kitchen with friendly supportive people is my current reality. I’m grateful for it and I know how lucky I am on a relative scale.

I mean more in terms of it sucking, obviously environment makes all the difference. I'm just saying working at a fast food joint should be respected in the same way as wait staff at a diner.
