Not really, I could lose about 10 pounds that just is hard to get off and have a really flat stomach. The fruit still is kind of still high in calories just healthy. The winter is a little hard to lose weight since its cold outside but i normally run or hoop but i suppose i could run in the cold, ive done that before.
I also dont want to be skinny, more of a leaner and tighter athletic build than i just have now.
