More surprised that they weren't hip to that yet than that they're being sued. After more or less running out of brick and mortar shops to target, ADA lawyers started going after websites that have low text contrast, don't tag their images with alt text, don't have closed captions, don't have responsive websites, and other really fickle things. If you have a big site or if you're in a heavily regulated field like finance or healthcare, then you're more than likely going to be a target for those lawyers.
