Meal 1:
- Some carrots
- Two apples
- Berry smoothie with organic chia seeds


I started at 2pm, just finished all my work and wanted to see how long meals take to eat. Memory has it, a box of mac n cheese takes only like 5-10 minutes to eat being as hungry as you are when you break the fast. Roman Noodles takes only about 5 mins to eat two packets for me. But them 3 things takes 23 mins to eat, timed myself today.



Another diet hack is pineapples, a can of 10 slices takes about 3 bites per slice or more. That takes like another 15 mins to eat. So meal two with the pineapple can will even be more filling and only 300 calories a whole can!

i dont drink monster energy drinks. and only raw food is carrots. thanks for your input though.

edit: i guess apples are raw also
