I get what you’re saying
Some things are just intuitive but otoh we can’t understand things unless we study them
And raw brings up questions
Like since cooking food makes it easy to digest maybe cooked vegetables are better for some people so their digestive system doesn’t have to work as hard
Maybe raw vegetables aren’t good for kids and elderly people
Maybe if you’re sick you want the easier option
Maybe my assumption about digestion isn’t even correct
