Just pay attention to how your body and brain are responding to it and if you start to get side effects (grogginess, headaches, etc) take a break. Since it's a naturally occurring hormone anyway, too much melatonin in your system can overwhelm receptors and you can get to the point where it stops working because your body is used to having higher levels, but if you're sticking to a low dose I think you're fine.

I thought it was safe to take daily also even with DWV's input. Ill bring it up to the doctor I see, I wont need to take everyday I dont think. If I start taking a lot, ill slow down and yeah ill stay with what i have and not increase the dose. im sure this 10$ bottle of them will last a while too
thanks for the advice
