You raise it by 10 mph this many more people are likely to die.
There’s always middle ground when you create the trolley problem. 7 on one track - twenty on one track - whatever you decide the stakes. Once the speed limit change is decided on and the proposal is made it’s a trolley problem. How many lives are worth getting home quicker. It’s as cut and dry as that ultimately.
