As for lifting, I have a kettle bell here that I used to use but just havent recently. Been lazy on that end. Did some running for a week but stopped. I might start running again though

I just wondered cos you're so health conscious and people like that usually are very active. Maybe you could get a skipping rope for indoors or do burpees, people finding it tough during the lockdown, a lot of people going to lose a lot of progress without access to gyms.
