Left class before it even started, been rough with the anxiety. Idk what it is but i been running from the causes of anxiety since my doctor wont give me that Xanax yall have got to have. I been taking 5-htp though and seen improvements from that, sharp mood change once its out of my system but im almost in bed by then.

For anxiety you should try (if you're open to trying additional supplements) L-theanine and rhodiola rosea. L-theanine would be the cheaper option. Plus it helps with sleep.
