I had a super long very uncomfortable panic attack today. Don’t know exactly what triggered it. Goddamn. I took 2.5 mgs of Xanax and I’m supposed to be weening off. I’m supposed to be .5. It wasn’t even making a dent in it. It was similar to like a too much edibles feeling when it’s all bad. For a while I felt like I couldn’t even swallow water.
