You're in for a treat, Peep Show is one of the funniest comedy shows ever made. Mitchell and Webb, the sketch show that he did with Robert Webb (the other guy from Peep Show) is great too albeit a bit marred by the laugh track/live audience.

its still fun to watch
Mitchell play him
(with lots of modern references thrown in of course).
