Because we've had worse outbreaks of disease in the past and nothing was shut down; like the ones that took place during Obomber's administration wherein he did nothing about them. Also, nobody had to wear masks when Our Lord and Savior's administration had its pandemics. Odd how that works out, huh? I mean, it couldn't possibly be that covid-19 is being played up by the media as an excuse to keep the country shut down and cripple the economy in the hopes that that evil riggum-raggum nAzI cHeEto poop head doesn't get reelected could it?
As far as testing positive goes, if you've ever had a coronavirus at all, you will test positive... unless you actually have COVID-19 wherein you may get a negative result when you take a test. Also, the only reason that "tHe NuMbErS r GoInG uP" is because they count e v e r y o n e who has contact with someone who gets a positive test result as a new "probable" case.
