Yes, but when you add it to something (salad, etc), cut off the stubby, woody bits
and slice what's left of the spears thin so that they'll be easier to chew and digest.
We grow a huge amount of it in our backyard. It easily takes over everything.
If you decide to cook them, just do it lightly (it has loads of antioxidants),
because it's easy to cook the nutrients out of them.
