Tough one. I typically assume that everyone I see in a given day is thinking mean terrible thoughts about me, which seriously affects my self-esteem. But a therapist asked me once "what makes you think you're interesting enough that they even notice you're there?" and that affected my self-esteem even worse lol. I think I'll stick with no, unless I can control it and opt to turn it off at will.
