I'm not sure what art rock means.
Never cared for punk, though. Seemed a little too contrived to me. "Look how rebellious I'm being"

Well, I have all Springsteen's stuff up to the Lucky Town/Human Touch release, and also the Seeger Sessions.
I don't really have an absolute favorite, but if I need a fix, I invariably reach for Asbury Park. Lost In The Flood, Mary Queen of Arkansas, Does This Bus Stop At 82nd St. Epic.
