The Therapist, the singer, is bombarded with all kinds of crazy things and is finding out that she is having enough trouble with her own life--how can she understand all the craziness of other's lives--jumping from one thing to another is part of the craziness.
this is not intended to be therapeutical. It is intended to be somewhat like a 'spoof'-even therapists can go nuts being surrounded by temptation and dysfunction.
