I will forgive your high placement of Blur since you placed Pulp higher. Pulp is a wonderful band that never got any recognition in the States. I guess all these bands are a little too British for most Yanks.
I've listened to almost all of Blur's discography, and the only album that I really enjoyed was MLIR. That said, I'll concede that their discography is more solid in terms of quality than Oasis' discography is. Oasis released some pretty terrible albums in the 2000s.
Suede's
Dog Man Star is a better album than anything Blur put out.
