Yes, I found this very moving too.
It casts a light on the on-the-ground reality of testing availability and the all-important medical follow-through. We don't hear enough of these stories imo; instead we hear way too many polititians in the Trump camp glibly lying about testing stats. They want to dismiss the whole topic by quoting some impressive national total, then moving on, and all too often the media move on with them.
