Not all Cubans in Florida are from well off backgrounds... Many of them literally floated over here on glorified rafts

It's true that the earliest batch of Cuban immigrants were largely gusanos... But the anti communist sentiment isn't limited to upper and middle class Cubans. Lower class Cubans and Venezuelans in America are also generally anti socialist because they fled specifically from failing communist states
