Hi, ISB - I've heard nothing of this lawsuit, but agree it's very concerning. I would hate for this to become a reality for anyone, but particularly for you. Here's hoping the plaintiffs do not prevail. I need to read a lot more about the situation, but just want to thank you for sharing the details with your usual diligence.
