Sure. I've come to the conclusion that I'm essentially heterosexual romantically (if you're Chris Evans/Captain America tier I might make an exception) but as far as pure sex goes I'm somewhat flexible even if I don't find myself looking at men sexually 99% of the time. I'm totally open to mtf trans women though even if they have a penis.
