Perhaps you gave it to them when you were asymptotic or barely symptomatic and by the time you got tested it had run it’s course and the small symptoms you’re feeling are a stress related psychosomatic thing.
Or you gave it to Dana, she gave it to your cousin but your cousin manifested symptoms faster than Dana and got her diagnosis faster but not the virus.
Anyway, it’s water under the bridge now.
Not to diminish asymptotic spread but my understanding is the virus sheds more during the fever phase. Your test on Monday has a pretty good chance of coming up positive.
