I think what you don't understand is that France, like most of western Europe, is increasingly multiracial and multicultural so what it means to be "French" is evolving. I have French Muslim friends who are genuinely some of the nicest people I have ever met. Should they also "stay the f
uck out of France"? How do you determine who should stay and who should go? Do they need to commit a crime first or should all non-white French citizens leave?
Etc. It's a complex situation that requires more nuanced thinking.
