Yes, that's a hugely disappointing response from the local Biden campaign.

In other circs, "See you on Nov 3" might sound like fighting talk, but in this case it's undercut by what the Biden campaign guy didn't say: "We've shown you how we crumble under intimidation, so see you on election day, when you can bully our defenseless voters too, god help them."
I have a mounting suspicion that Nov 3 and surrounding days are going to see a lot of close-to-violent intimidation going on
