Whom or what do you mean by "Elephant?" just curious. There was a band back then called "Elefant." Do you mean them? They sounded like a band influence by The Strokes. (jftr I don't want to assume you are making a spelling mistake or a typographical error, but perhaps you're not as infallible as you make yourself out to be!) AM? Is that perhaps an initial redux of "Arctic Monkees?" They were inspired to form a band after seeing The Strokes in concert. Interesting to see you mentioned bands that somehow have a Stroke connection. I think you listening to Nirvana, Elefant, & Arctic Monkees gives you more cool points than let say someone who disavows lowest common denominator bands.
