The Democratic Party hasn't controlled the White House since the Bernie revolution, and in 2018, Bernie was a dominant figure. Assuming the Progressive Left doesn't hemorrhage Congressional members, it might make for a logical shift in how foreign intervention is carried out.
Also, I think there's going to be a lot of Congress taking back power, and a wind-down of Executive power creep. 70-something days until the transfer. We'll see.
