This is hard because I don't want to pick a long track and all my favs are at least ten minutes long. I'll go with the instrumental masterpiece: "Acid Rain" by Liquid Tension Experiment. For many, this was the track that got them into prog metal. It features Petrucci and Rudess of DT at near their best and one of my all time favourite drumming (from Portnoy, also from DT) as well.
