Default Trollheart's Journals Update Thread

I'm going to use this thread as a way to note when I update any of my many journals. I'm aware some of you don't even go into that section (there's a journal section? Quiet, you!) so just on the off-chance I might be writing about something you could be interested in, you can check here.

Anyone else wants to add their updates in, feel free, but I won't personally be doing anyone's other than mine. Those days is gone.

The Couch Potato: Trollheart's Televisual Emporium

Where I do all telly stuff. Currently running “The Twelve Days of Cartoon Christmas”, kicking off with the Simpsons and “Simpsons Roasting on an Open Fire.”

Trollheart's Box Office

My film journal. Doing “25 of the Worst Christmas Movies Ever – Probably”

Trollheart's Writing Desk

My own writings – short stories etc. Two up so far, “Bluebird Down” and “Light of the World”.

Overture: Trollheart's Classical Music Journal

Gregorian Chant, Old Music books and more interesting stuff from around the 14th century.

The Men Who Drew the Map of the World

History of exploration. Just added some ancient Greeks – Pytheas, Nerachus, and a few other people whose names end in “s”.

I Know What I Like: Trollheart's Journey Through the History of Progressive Rock

Into 1970 and we have Procol Harum, Soft Machine, and more to come.

Of Gods and Men: Trollheart's Journal of Mythology and Legend

Totally relaunched and revamped, with Loki, Phaeton, Ishtar, Lugh and more.

Funtasmagoria: The Moving History of Animation

Featuring pioneers such as John Randolph Bray, George Melies, Raoul Barre and James Blackton.

Food for the Crows: The Whole Bloody History of Human Conflict

One of my more recent journals (in terms of creation date and number of entries) this has information on the Somme, Agincourt and the Battle of Marathon.

Four Green Fields

The history of Ireland. Just come up to the Ulster Plantation and the full occupation of Ireland by the English.

Racing the Clouds Home

My prog rock journal. Looking at the top 100 prog albums of last year. This Winter Machine and Grand Tour done so far.
