As if McConnell won't shoot that down. I don't know why Trump chose that battle if he wasn't willing to see it through. It's like Trump challenged McConnell to an arm wrestling contest but never showed up but we're all waiting to see if McConnell will admit that he wouldn't have shown up if Trump had actually shown up.
