I prefer Angie. Never liked the Rolling Stones, but both songs are beautiful. Angie is just so...sweet and iconic. Wild Horses is great too, it's a bit like Tangerine, in the sense that both are slow, sad songs that make me feel nostalgic...It's difficult to explain. But overall I think Angie is a more complete song.
