Of course. Take the guitar riffs. This little ditty has a solid riff that was rightly influential.
Nice, but compare that with:

This song also brings up another important place where Manowar excel and Cream are sorely lacking. Note these lyrics:
"We don't attract wimps 'cause we're too loud
Just true metal people that's Manowar's crowd"
Or from another masterpiece we have:

As you can see Manowar have a strict no wimps policy, which I feel is important both musically and politically. I'm not saying we should throw wimps in camps but if the badass race is to survive and thrive we need to ask ourselves the consequences of miscegenation. Cream's silence on this issue warrants potential criminal charges in my opinion.
Lastly I'll just point out that Cream don't look anywhere near as bitchin' slathered in baby oil.
