Yeah the American education system is a de facto holding facility for children and when the kids challenge the facade the system stops even pretending the facade and just shuttles them along education be damned to get them out of the system so they don't have to deal with them. I mean as ****ty as I had it I had truly ****ed up kids, some nonverbal who had the same education I did just to shovel them out of the system with no education to speak of.
