New phone, everything seems to be working smoothly. Jacob helped us, knew we were coming and I got a new Google phone. We even went as deep as to changing my whole google password.
Still, don't know how to clear the apps or exit apps but it's a new phone, going to take some time. Going back to get a case and screen protector later.
