New phone, everything seems to be working smoothly. Jacob helped us, knew we were coming and I got a new Google phone. We even went as deep as to changing my whole google password. This dude was ultra hacker too, so much patience with all we did.

Still, don't know how to clear the apps or exit apps but it's a new phone, going to take some time. Going back to get a case and screen protector later.
