Yes, a lot of promising signs already, imo. I'm naively hoping that all voters are going to see that some aspects of life will improve under Biden, even though the US must suffer through covid for many months to come. Noticeable changes already:

A Press Briefing that doesn't start the term of office with blustering lies about crowd size - or was it penis size? I´m forgetting already.
Dr. Fauci given the respect and freedom he deserves.
Federal help, the Wartime Production Act to speed up the vaccination program.
US begins to regain its position on the world stage and is no longer counted with those pariah nations who are not in the WHO or Paris Accords.
With these, and the commendable economic support plans that you mention, OH, I'm hoping that even Trump voters will see that life under that radical socialist J Biden isn't so bad after all.
