You have to ****ing sacrifice. That doesn’t mean just do what you feel like you can. It means doing what you HAVE to do.

I said it from day one.

No you can’t go for a walk. You can’t go for a jog. You can’t ride your bike. You can’t get brunch. You can’t go to a sporting event. You can’t go to school.

How the **** hard is it to stay home and watch Netflix for a few weeks because that’s all it would have took to stop this goddamn thing.
