Glad you found a system that works for correcting your sleep cycle, adi (and I hope all went well on your trip). I'm hyper-sensitive to anything tranquilizing. My doctor once prescribed me a sedative, and I couldn't function the next morning and had to miss work and nearly slept the whole day away.
I was a bit worried about not falling asleep last night, but conked out as soon as my head hit the pillow.
