Lol what are you smoking? If China had actually locked down, we wouldn't have seen a single case anywhere outside of Wuhan. If the rest of the world was unprepared, then so be it. But only China had the opportunity to do something before it became everyone else's problem. Your entire argument is based on the premise that the country of origin bears no responsibility when in fact they should be owning 100% of that responsibility. If the U.S. was the country of origin, you'd be making this exact argument to me. Don't be a hypocrite. Vietnam didn't become a den of death only because they did what China would not do.
