That's what happened to my dad after the housing crisis. Or course, he didn't pay taxes so he never would've tried to collect a stimulus anyway out of fear of provoking the IRS. But say he had a business license... Same **** would've happened.
I know someone who's wife runs a bar and they're basically going out of business sure to covid restrictions.
