Ciaran has more or less confirmed that the growths on Eddie's front legs - which are, he says, very large, are cancerous. He doubts it's possible for Eddie to come home now and have any sort of a life, so Karen and I have discussed it - well, come to terms with it really - and there's nothing left to be done.
