Word. We're in a new place that's only three years old. Walls are pretty thick. Occasionally I can hear faint sounds from my bedroom wall but holy moly is the front door thin. It's one of those metal fire doors where you can hear whatever is going on in the hallway and vice versa if you're in front of the door.
I think house is the next step for sensitive ears like me.
