My department is in case management, so ability to multi-task, maintain a large caseload - making appointments, screening for enrollment, processing client changes, etc. Lots of interpersonal communication and “people person” kind of tasks that need to be done, but if you can wear the mask for 8 hours a day it’s a pretty kush job, especially with the skills to stay disconnected from the emotional labor.
