When I read the words it told me, it made me sad sad sad

I guess I've never thought about Zeppelin's abilities or inabilities at producing songs that convey emotion. As a whole, their music did most of the emoting to my ears so Plant's voice didn't really have to carry it those extra yards. That said, Daltrey/Morrison/Lennon, etc. were much better at emoting through voice, I'll agree there.
