1. Do you have an exercise regime?
I used to but it's reduced to 90 pushups a day and a long walk for at least 3 miles, daily.
2. Have you ever been diagnosed with anything serious that made you change your lifestyle/scared the **** out of you?
No. But when you find it difficult to do simple things that you didn't even think about 20 years prior you hardly need a diagnosis.
3. When last did you see the doctor (for Covid reasons, this includes video visit)?
Early January.
4. Ever been hospitalised?
When I dropped. Not since then (though I've walked in a few times for various maladies).
5. What's your alcohol intake like?
A beer every few weeks. I keep a bottle of rum in the house and dip into it on occasion.
6. Name one thing you do that you know is not healthy, but you do it anyway and have little to no intention of stopping.
Procrastinate.
